Keuka College Campus Store Return & Exchange Policy
This policy outlines the conditions under which merchandise purchased from the Keuka College Campus Store may be returned or exchanged. It is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for our customers while maintaining the integrity of our store operations. Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment.
General Guidelines
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A valid receipt or original store order confirmation is required for all returns or exchanges.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Purchases made by credit card or Wolf Bucks will be refunded to the same card.
- For items over $100, a refund check will be issued by the Business Office and mailed after the item is received and processed.
Technology Products
- All returns must be made within seven (7) business days of purchase.
- Items must be new, unopened, and in saleable condition, including the original sealed packaging, all accessories, manuals, and blank warranty cards.
- Only the current or newest models are eligible for return.
- Equipment must be unregistered and unused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Special order merchandise
- Earbuds, headphones, or other worn personal items
- Clearance or heavily discounted items inventory
- Food and beverages
Restocking Fee
- A 10% restocking fee may apply to any items returned in opened packaging or returned after the seven-day return period.
- The Campus Store reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange at any time.
Clothing, Gifts & General Merchandise
- Clothing may be returned or exchanged within 30 days if unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached.
- All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or store order confirmation.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
